My Bigo diamonds/beans disappeared. What do I do?

Check network: Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if that resolves the issue.
What to do if the problem continues

Verify the transaction: Check your bank or app store transaction history to confirm the purchase was completed. Look for a successful transaction ID and make sure it wasn't just a pending hold.

Contact Bigo support:
Go to Me > Feedback or use a support email like feedback@bigo.tv.
Provide your Bigo ID, transaction ID, screenshots of the purchase, and the exact time of the transaction.
Mention any error messages you received during the purchase.

Contact your payment provider: If you are certain the money was taken but the diamonds never appeared, you can also open a dispute with your bank or credit card company.
